Hello all, I have a gem for the sneaker heads!
Tired of those crust creases in your sneakers? If you’re like me you’ve had some sneakers since high school. Anyhow, I’ve found a way to take the creases out of your precious cargo!
Follow these steps for the best results.
Materials needed:
- Fabric/cloth/tissue paper
- Small towel
- Iron
Step 1: Stuff your sneakers with a soft fabric until your crease is no longer visible. Press on the sneaker to ensure the fabric is in there and firm to keep any creases from forming.
Step 2: Wet your small towel or cloth with hot water, then squeeze the water out so that the cloth is damp.
Step 3: place your towel or cloth on top of the crease, or where the crease was.
Step 4: Place the iron on the towel or cloth with vigorous motion, but be sure to keep lifting the iron every few seconds to prevent your sneakers from burning. After a few minutes, allow your sneakers to cool off and check the results. If you have bad crease, you will need to continue for a longer time.
I copied this from a Twitter feed not too long ago, and the results were great, so I thought what best place to share this then with my fellow bloggers!
Thank for reading this week’s blog. Much appreciated!
